How long does a claim take?

Which documents do I need?
A tax plate, business licence, trade registry record or a similar document showing your connection is enough. Documents are only seen by our team.
Can I delete negative reviews?
No — to stay impartial, businesses can't delete reviews. You can reply as the owner and report reviews that break the rules.
