Nicole offers a contemporary tasting-menu experience on the terrace of Tomtom Suites in Beyoğlu. Its July 28, 2026 menu features sweetbread crème caramel, Circassian duck, catch of the day with sea herbs and şevket-i bostan, and Balıkesir lamb chops. The kitchen interprets regional Turkish ingredients through modern techniques, with multi-course service and optional wine or beer pairings. The terrace overlooks the Historic Peninsula and the Marmara Sea.
